This is episode number 29 and in today’s session, I will be discussing a topic that took me a while to develop due to how complex it is. Actually, it has been a revolving theme of many of my sessions for the last few months. Usually, when there is a constant theme that comes up, I lean into it to see what else is there. In doing so, I discovered Tim Fletcher’s teachings on shame and was amazed with his presentation on these ideas. So, I’ll be referencing him throughout the course of my teachings here.
